We’re looking for a versatile designer to join our team. It’s a uniquely challenging role because it’s not just about designing a website, but a system that lets others design websites. This is a role for someone who relishes a systems-level perspective; who doesn’t just work well with constraints but who wants to define those constraints.

Prerequisites

This person should have experience designing mobile tools, with a strong working knowledge of iOS interaction patterns. They must have seen a product through multiple iterations/life cycles, and know how to incorporate learnings back into the design process.

Experience conducting proactive user testing and creating interactive prototypes as part of the design process are major plusses.

Most importantly, you should be able to think deeply about what makes a design work, or not, and articulate why clearly to everyone involved.
